Refunds of subscription

1. During membership registration, if subscription amount gets deducted multiple times due to system failure/network issues, kindly raise a request immediately in writing by contacting info@afidk.com. We will verify the transactions with the gateway provider as well as with our bank for initiating the refund amount (excluding gateway/bank transactional charges, actual subscription charge) within 7 business days of the request date.
2. If your membership gets rejected due to invalid details provided during the registration process, 50% of actual subscription amount (excluding gateway/bank transactional charges) will be refunded within 7 business days of the rejected date.
3. Once your membership gets accepted and membership id card is issued on your registered email id, refund will not be applicable.
4. After your membership gets rejected, if you tried again for availing the AFIDK membership with the same invalid details provided as on previous request, no refund will be applicable.

Cancellation of membership

1. If your submitted details are found to be invalid, your membership request will be rejected immediately. Kindly review your details before submitting the membership form.
2. If we don't recieve the membership amount due to technical issues from the gateway/bank side, even after the prior notice for the payment to your registered email id. Your membership will be cancelled immediatly without any further notice.
3. Your membership validity will be for 1 year with respect to your payment date. If payment is not done as per the scheduled expired date, membership will be cancelled immediately.
4. If any disputes arises on any member, committee members has full authority for canceling membership at any time without any further notice.

Note : We may update our refund and cancellation Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page. This policy is effective as of 08/01/2022.
